Ways to Use Email to Building Customer Loyalty

Here
are some tips for using email to building customer loyalty.
- Though
email is a quick way of communicating, never rush it. Take time
to read over what you've written and consider it from the recipient's
point of view. Is your language friendly, yet to the point?
- Write
an effective subject line. Be specific with enough information
that the recipient will know the content subject of the mail.
- If
you must send an unpleasant message to a customer via email,
begin with a thank you. "Thank you for contacting us. .
."
- Avoid
writing one long paragraph. Break it up into shorter paragraphs
for easier reading. And always run spell check.
- Assume
that your email will be forwarded to someone else -- so avoid
personal comments.
- Use
a signature and put a statement about what you do. Want to see
