• Put people in your pictures. Show technicians actually treating or inspecting.
• Use one photo or illustration on the cover of the brochure instead of many smaller ones.
• Include your most important benefit of your service in the headline.
• Use testimonials to add credibility to your company.
• Place a short headline below the cover illustration.
• Use questions and answers - ask the question, then answer it.
• Use captions under each picture or illustration.
• Use color in your brochure if you can afford it - even using black and white photos with colored borders helps increase readership.
• Include your company name, phone number, fax number and address on the back of the brochure.
• Keep paragraphs short - not more than about 12 words.
